This compact cable granulation line consists out of a 18.5kW or 22kW single shaft pre-shredder, a transport belt with dosing hopper and magnetic pulley, and a MG-220T cable granulator. The main advantage of adding a pre-shredder to your cable granulator is the increased production rate of the machine.

Our single shaft pre-shredders are equipped with a hydraulic pusher to guarantee a high throughput. Optionally, they can be equipped with a special dosing system that injects powder that absorbs the glue from car looms. A bigger filter unit can be added at any later stage too.
