Collecting and processing the personal data of customers, suppliers and contractors
We would like to inform you that we at Bronneberg B.V. and Bronneberg Parts & Service B.V. will be collecting and processing your personal data because it is required when we draw up a contract and implement it for you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and those from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
Are you one of our customers or a potential customer? Then we will be processing your data so that we can send you a quote, decide what the required specifications or wishes are for specific goods and services, deliver goods or carry out work for you, send out invoices and communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of implementing your contract.
Are you one of our suppliers/contractors or a potential supplier/contractor? Then we need your personal data too for finalising and implementing contracts. That data is required for purchasing, so that we can let you know the specifications or wishes specific goods or services need to meet our requirements, or to send you a request for a quote or place an order with you, to pay your invoices and communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of implementing your contract.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with your personal data or provide insufficient personal data, it is possible that we will be unable to perform the kind of work listed above.
Cookies may be used for some applications. A cookie is a small text file with information about the user that is placed on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies do not contain any personal information. Cookies can also be removed by the user.
Cookies save time for users. However, users can still make use of the website even if they have set up their browsers to reject cookies.

What information do we collect?
Bronneberg does not collect any unique information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) unless you explicitly and consciously provide that information. Bronneberg will record and save information such as time, type of browser, browser language and IP address for every visit. This information is used to check our records and offer users more relevant services. For example, Bronneberg might use your IP address or browser type to further develop our website.
Transfer to third parties
We do not share any personal data with parties who supply us with parts, materials or products, or who carry out work for us. We do not use any external server for storing any portion of our sales and purchasing records that have your personal data. Further, we use Microsoft Office and its storage capacity for saving emails and other files. Because we use the service Mailchimp for our email newsletter, your personal data is transferred to the people who run this service. Mailchimp stores this data outside the European Economic Area. Retention period for personal data
If you asked us for quote but did not become one of our customers, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Also, if we received a quote from you but did not become one of your customers, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you did become one of our customers or we became one of yours, then we will keep your personal data for a period of seven years counting from the end of the financial year in which our contract with you was completed. Seven years is the period that we are obliged to keep our records according to the Dutch Tax Authority. After this period has elapsed, we will delete your personal data.
You have the right to ask us to inspect your own personal data. If there is a good reason, you can request that we supplement your personal data or correct errors. In addition, you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data or to restrict the use of your personal data. You can also lodge an objection with us against the collection and processing of your data, or submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
