This compact cable granulation line consists out of a 45, 55 or 75 kW single shaft pre-shredder, a transport belt with dosing hopper and magnetic pulley, and a MG-380VZT cable granulator. The main advantage of adding a pre-shredder to your cable granulator is the increased production rate of the machine.

Our single shaft pre-shredders are equipped with a hydraulic pusher to guarantee a high throughput. Optionally, they can be equipped with a special dosing system that injects powder that absorbs the glue from car looms. A bigger filter unit can be added at any later stage too.

This copper wire shredder is equipped with a patented zig-zag separator between the blade mill and the pulveriser. This zig-zag separator separates the heavy rigid copper granules from the flexible copper particles. This means less pre-sorting of the cables before the actual processing of them.

This cable granulation system comes with a 16-sleeve dust filter.

Additionally, this machine can be equipped with a separate stand-alone separation table which can be used to separate for example Aluminium from copper while processing mixed cable scrap. The separation between the plastics and metals is being done on the first separation table.
